General Cleaning

  • Dusting of fans and Air Conditioners
  • Dusting of light fittings
  • Dusting and deep clean of light switches and power points
  • Clean skirting, architraves and doors
  • Clean drawers and cupboards including inside, doors and cupboard tops and shelving
  • Vacuum and wiping of sliding doors and tracks
  • Dusting blinds, cords and rails
  • Vacuum all the floors and carpets.
  • Mop floors.
  • Remove cobwebs, insect marks and small nests where Pest control is not warranted

Bathroom

  • Clean exhaust fans
  • Clean Inside and outside all cupboards and drawers.
  • Deep Clean of toilet, around cistern & under and around toilet seat.
  • Clean bath, shower recess, remove built up soap residue on tiles and shower screens & soap holder
  • Clean sink and polish all tap ware and towel rails.
  • Clean mirrors and windows, window tracks and floors.

Kitchen area

  • Clean inside-outside and on top of all cupboards, doors and drawers.
  • Clean inside, outside and around stove top, elements, rings and knobs.
  • Clean in and outside of oven, griller, doors, trays, racks, glass and knobs.
  • Clean only outside part of dishwasher (Inside will be extra cost).
  • Clean and dry sink, drain holes, drainers and polish tap ware.
  • Range hood exhaust and filter -filter can be removed and cleaned.

Laundry Area

  • Clean Inside and outside all cupboards and drawers.
  • Clean inside, outside and behind dryer(If applicable).
  • Clean inside, outside and around laundry tub, cabinets, shelves, drawers, tap ware.
  • Clean inside windows, window tracks and floors
  • Mop and deep clean of floor and sink area as well

Window Cleaning

  • Dusting of windows, tracks and seals
  • Wash properly from every corner of the window
  • Clean and sine window from inside
  • Clean tracks, window seals
  • Clean window sliding doors with seals, tracks and handle area.

Carpet Cleaning

  • Deep Vacuum of the carpet.
  • Pre-spray on the carpet.
  • Steam clean.
  • Odour removal
  • After spray on it.

Oven Cleaning

  • Pre spray the oven.
  • Clean in every corner of it
  • Clean or watch oven glass.
  • Get oven plates out and clean as well as shine it properly

Wall Cleaning

  • During end of lease cleaning house or property must be vacant.
